2008-2009 AWARDS NIGHT A SUCCESS AT BENITO JUAREZ MIDDLE SCHOOL

 "Proud To Be An American!"  

 

 WE ARE! On Thursday, May 28th, we celebrated a wonderful and satisfying academic evening for staff, parents, students, family and friends, including community visitors, at the Benito Juarez Cafeteria. 

 Special honor was given to everyone who worked hard to gain recognition for achievement of Commended Performance on the state Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills test in Reading, Math, and/or  Science. 

 Also receiving honors were those students who made a commitment of coming to school each and every day of the school year.  These students received a Perfect Attendance medal.  A very special thank you to all those parents and guardians who make sure their children get to school!

Many special  teacher rewards and recognition certificates went to students in each 5th and 6th grade Cluster for:

  • Most Dedicated  to Learning 
  • Most Improved 
  • Best Citizenship
  • Highest AR Reader [In points]
