REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS
The Crystal City Independent School District will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals for the purchase and installation of the following project:
UPGRADE OF DISTRICT EXTERIOR DOORS RFP #23-31
Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Crystal City ISD Administration Building, 613 West Zavala Street, Crystal City, Texas 78839, at 2:00 PM Central time on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.
The scope of this project includes the purchase and/or upgrades of the District's facilities exterior doors.
Vendors/installers must be Licensed and Bonded with the State of Texas.
Prospective Offerors are REQUIRED to attend a Pre-Proposal Conference meeting on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 10:00 AM Central time at the Crystal City ISD Administration Building, 613 West Zavala Street, Crystal City, Texas, 78839. The project will be discussed in detail, Offerors will be able to ask questions regarding the project and be provided a guided tour of the facilities.
Instructions:
Proposals will be received at Crystal City ISD, 805 East Crockett Street, Crystal City, Texas, 78839 until 2:00 p.m. Central time on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 and will be submitted to the Board of Trustees for consideration as soon as possible after the closing date and time.
The Board of Trustees and the CCISD assumes no responsibility for proposals mailed or misdirected in delivery. Proposals received after the closing date and time will not be accepted and will not be part of the bidding process. Facsimiles WILL NOT be accepted. The Crystal City Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive all formalities in the process.

Sealed Proposals must be clearly marked outside the envelope: "Upgrade of District Exterior Doors RFP #23-31” and addressed to Juan Fernandez, Crystal City ISD, 805 East Crockett Street, Crystal City, TX 78839 or may be hand delivered to the CCISD Administration Building, 613 West Zavala Street, Crystal City, Texas 78839 by no later than 2:00 pm local time on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
